The Operations Manual is also available as a Microsoft Word Document (.doc). You MUST have Microsoft Word in order to use it.
Also, if you are using Internet Explorer, we recommend that you right-click, then pick "Save Target As..." Doing this will prevent MS Word from loading within your browser. If you are using Netscape Navigator, you should have no problems.
